By buying the debut album, you agree to the following terms...
The short, easy-to-read version:
Buying the album ('It Will Work Out') directly involves sending a payment of £5 via PayPal.
A download URL is then provided.
This URL only provides a suitable download link for a short time, so make sure to download the songs during this window. Sharing this link (and/or the song files themselves) with others is not allowed under any circumstances. The URL may expire if it is suspected that it has been shared.
After the URL expires, you will not be able to download the album. Another download URL may be provided, but this is not guaranteed.
Any errors in sending the payment will be left to you (the buyer) to sort out; no download link will be emailed until payment is received.
Direct Purchase via PayPal can only be used to purchase the whole album and not individual tracks.
After purchasing the album, a refund cannot be issued.
After purchase, the album is available to you for private use only. The album may not be used for any public and/or commercial purposes.
The long (boring) version:
By issuing a payment via PayPal you are agreeing to the following terms:
The 'buyer' refers to you, the individual who has issued a payment via PayPal.
The 'seller' refers to us, Allergic to Time, the provider of the album (or the 'content').
The 'URL', 'download URL' and 'download link' all refer to the temporary download web link that is provided after purchase. It provides access to the content.
The 'content' refers to the 14 digital song files that form the album, 'It Will Work Out' by Allergic to Time.
Direct album purchase is facilitated securely via PayPal. The content costs only £5 GBP. After receiving payment, a temporary download link will then be emailed to the buyer and will include both WAV and MP3 formats of each song forming the content. The download URL may only be used by the buyer and should NOT be shared with anyone else. The same applies to the content itself.
The download link only works temporarily, meaning that once purchased, song files should be downloaded as soon as the URL is provided. This URL is given in an email that is sent to the email address that was used by the buyer to issue payment for the content. Information on the duration of the URL providing a working download link will be provided in said email. After this period, it is at the seller's discretion as to whether another download link will be given. For this reason, the buyer is advised to keep a backup copy of the song files.
The duration of the URL providing a working download link may be changed abruptly, but only in the event of suspicious activity (i.e. sharing of the URL) as determined by the seller. In such an event, it is at the seller's discretion as to whether another download URL will be sent to the buyer.
The seller will only provide the download URL after receiving payment for the content via PayPal.
Due to the nature of digital content, once the content is purchased, no refund can be issued.
After purchase, the buyer is provided with the content and is able to use it for private use only. The buyer is NOT allowed to reproduce, adapt, modify, reformat, create derivative works from, distribute, introduce into circulation, sell, publish, license, sublicense, transfer, lease, publicly display/perform, or broadcast the content in any form.
Payments received through any source that is NOT PayPal will not be accepted and could result in the buyer's loss of funds. In this event, the seller will NOT be held responsible.
Direct purchase is only available for all 14 tracks that form the content. For individual song tracks, please use one of the digital retailers (iTunes, Google Play).
